Correx ® (Akylux / Akyver in Europe) corrugated plastic sheet is a lightweight, hygienic, waterproof, reusable, recyclable alternative to disposable packaging and protection products.

Available in a wide range of thicknesses and colours it is also an environmentally sound alternative to plywood for construction, van lining, and vehicle parts.

For more technically demanding applications Kaysersberg Plastics also offers the new composite sheet Bubble Guard.

Corona treated Correx SM is specially formulated as an ideal material for sign boards and display panels. Kaysersberg Plastics also offers the new composite sheet Akyprint which is flame-retardant with a completely smooth print surface.

Correx sheet is easily converted into a wide range of single use or reusable packaging solutions. From dust-free trays and cartons in pharmaceuticals to large folding bins, made-to-measure boxes and shipping containers. Correx boxes can be folded flat for storage and return, and are widely used in distribution loops and as durable warehouse picking bins.

Our Gloucester site combines state of the art extrusion machines in widths up to 3m, with the latest CAD systems linked to on site sample making and low cost tool production, and efficient conversion and fabrication processes for fast response to enquiries and orders.
